Divante is joining forces with Cloudflight
Divante just announced that is joining forces with Cloudflight. The combined organizations are nearly 1,000 people strong.
The transaction will be fully closed in the middle of the year (after closing the financial year).
The transaction amount with the full earn-out is 260m pln (63m USD).
